Progressive Gaming International, formerly Mikohn Gaming Corp., has signed two agreements to acquire table game management systems.
Progressive will purchase PitTrak, including the system's customer base, from Hotel Systems Pty. Ltd. The Las Vegas company also has acquired from Otho Hill the rights to five additional patents relating to the development and distribution of electronic card reading shoes.
The acquisitions will bring the company's installed base of electronic table game management systems to more than 1,400 tables worldwide. The company expects to have 10,000 tables under management over the next five years.
