The Public Utilities Commission of Nevada has scheduled a general consumer session on Friday to hear any concerns from the public regarding the utilities it regulates by the PUC.
In addition to members of the PUC, representatives from the utilities will be available to respond to concerns. The session will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Las Vegas Senior Center, 451 E. Bonanza Road.
In Southern Nevada, the PUC regulates Nevada Power and Southwest Gas as well as most telecommunication, water and railroad companies. The PUC does not regulate the Southern Nevada Water Authority.
