A company in which Las Vegas Councilwoman Janet Moncrief is a partner is facing a lawsuit alleging it broke a lease agreement shortly after signing a contract to lease office space.
Park Flamingo West filed the suit on Monday against Silver-Webb-Moncrief, a business entity the suit alleges, while doing business as Trinidad Medical Center, signed a lease for office space at 2080 E. Flamingo Road in April, but quickly reneged on the deal.
The suit names Frank Silver, Robert Webb and Moncrief as individual defendants associated with Silver-Webb-Moncrief.
Specifically the suit contends the 38-month lease required $6,956 monthly payments, but Trinidad Medical Center never fulfilled those obligations.
