Entertainment Galleries at the Venetian will host "Marcel Salinas: Paintings and Drawings from the Personal Collection of the Artist," from today to Jan. 2 at 3377 Las Vegas Blvd. South. An artist's reception will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the gallery. Admission is free. 866-6813.

'Mixed Metal'

"Mixed Metal," an exhibit of metal artwork and jewelry by Susan Futrell, Kim Hoffman, Eve Liske and Joanne Vuillemot, opens with an artists' reception from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Clark County Government Center, 500 Grand Central Parkway. The exhibit continues until Jan. 21. 455-8239.

Meet and greet

'Pixelgraphic'

'Quilts'

Rauschenberg exhibit

"Robert Rauschenberg: Art and Life," is on display until the end of January at the Godt-Cleary Gallery, 1217 S. Main St. "Double Exposure," a collection of avant-garde European artists, will be on view at the Godt-Cleary Gallery at Mandalay Place, 3930 Las Vegas Blvd. South, until the end of January 2005. 'Day Without Art'

The Contemporary Arts Collective has partnered with AFAN and "Project Up Front" to exhibit art created by local artists living with HIV as part of the "Day Without Art," a global event in which art organizations pay respect to artists who have succumbed to the fatal disease. 'The Enemy Show'

The Guggenheim Hermitage Museum at The Venetian is hosting an exhibit, "The Pursuit of Pleasure," which includes such artists as Picasso, Rodin, Rubens, Beckmann and Velazquez.
