No arrests made in brawl at Mandalay

Metro Police are not planning any additional investigations into a large-scale brawl at Mandalay Bay that sent two people to the hospital early this morning, authorities said.
No one was arrested in connection with the fight, which began at the House of Blues about 3:45 a.m., Carla Alston, a spokesman for Metro, said.
More than 250 people were involved in the fight, which grew to resemble a full-scale riot, she said.
Alston said officers from three different area commands arrived as customers at the restaurant and concert hall were fleeing. She did not know how many officers responded or the extent of the customers' injuries.
Alston would not say if the people involved in the fight were part of an after-hours party for the Billboard Music Awards event that had taken place earlier that night at the MGM Grand.
