Las Vegas-based Vestin Group Inc. on Friday announced the resignation of Lance Bradford as chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.
Former CFO John Alderfer will resume those duties following Bradford's departure.
Bradford, who has been with Vestin since 1998, will remain as a member of the board of directors. Vestin said in a statement that he is leaving to focus on his accounting firm, L.L. Bradford & Company, which will continue to provide financial, tax and consulting services to Vestin.
Alderfer had previously served as chief financial officer until his February 2004 retirement. He remained on as a consultant.
