Senate vote to sustain less serious count against Nevada controller

The Nevada Senate voted 14-7 Saturday to convict state Controller Kathy Augustine of one count involving use of state equipment, censured her and dismissed two other counts.
The Senate vote to convict barely met the requirement for a two-thirds majority. Here is how the senators voted:
