Alice A. Beeman

Alice A. Beeman, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in a local hospital. She was born in Canajoharie, N.Y. A resident for 30 years, she was a retired probation officer and a member of Winchester Cultural Center.

She is survived by one daughter, Linda Sousa of Chandler, Ark.; one son, Arthur Donnelly of Portland, Ore.; one sister, Evelyn Burgess of Memphis, Tenn.; one brother, Eugene DiLoreto of New York City; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be noon Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Muriel J. Brauner

Muriel J. Brauner, 77, of Las Vegas died Nov 8. She was born April 12, 1927, in Mount Vernon, N.Y. A resident for 14 years, she was a homemaker and a member of Sun City bridge clubs.

She is survived by one daughter, Judith Hyrka, and one son, Steven Brauner, both of Las Vegas; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 9 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Burial will follow at 11 a.m. Sunday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Robert Brochetti

Robert Brochetti, 71, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Nov. 12, 1933, in New York. A resident for 71 years, he owned and operated an appliance repair business.

He is survived by his wife, Betty; one son, Robert Brochetti; two daughters, Cheryl Hierro and Lisa Trager; two brothers, James Brochetti and Richard Brochetti; and six grandchildren.

Virginia Rubio Carrizales

Virginia Rubio Carrizales, 49, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born July 23, 1955. A resident for 39 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Gilbert Rubio; one son, Julian Rubio; two daughters, Rachel Carrizales and Angela Rubio; two brothers, Jesse Carrizales and Joe Carrizales; six sisters, Mary Ann, Teresa, Becky, Grace, Betty Jo and Jeanette; and five grandchildren.

Visitation and rosary are scheduled 2-4 p.m. today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Christopher's Catholic Church, 1840 N. Bruce St., Las Vegas. Graveside services will follow at noon Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Mary T. Crittenden

Mary T. Crittenden, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 19, 1920, in Louisville, Ky. A resident for 11 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, E. Ben; one brother, J.C. Brady of Louisville; and two sisters, Martha Croghan of Brownsburg, Ind., and Mary Catherine Huffman of Clarksville, Ind.

Services will be 3 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Graveside services will be 8 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Mary Davis

Mary Davis, 96, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born July 10, 1908, in Seattle. A resident for 58 years, she retired as a casino cashier at the Dunes hotel.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold.

She is survived by one daughter, Dolores Baggs of Las Vegas; four grandsons, Brian, Darrell, Larry and Steve; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-granddaughters.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Thursday in Woodlawn Cemetery. Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.

Katrina Angelique Fernandez

Katrina Angelique Fernandez, 18, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospital. She was born Aug. 15, 1986, in Albuquerque. A resident for 15 years, she was a retail clerk.

She is survived by her parents, Armando and Lisa Fernandez, one sister, Antoinette Fernandez, and one brother, Armando Fernandez, all of Las Vegas; her grandparents, Tima and Bampo Martinez of Las Vegas, Susan Eyster of Questa, N.M., and David Romero of Kingman, Ariz.; and her great-grandparents, Eugene and Joyce Eyster of Los Alamos, N.M.

Visitation is scheduled 2 p.m. until a 6 p.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday at Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church, 3050 Alta Drive. Graveside services will follow at Palm Memorial Park.

Elester 'Snuff' Gray

Elester "Snuff" Gray, 70, North of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in Las Vegas. He was born Jan. 26, 1934, in Henderson, Texas. A resident for 47 years, he was a retired cook.

He is survived by his wife, Ollie M.; two daughters, Angela Stevenson of Las Vegas and Carol Gray of North Las Vegas; four sons, Delino Gray of North Las Vegas, Mark Bradford of Sunnyvale, Calif., and Roderick Gray and Anthony Williams, both of Pittsburg, Calif.; two brothers, Melvin Blanton of Las Vegas and Jackie Blanton of Pittsburg; four sisters, Eva Jo Thomas of Banning, Calif., Loretha Williams of Cottonwood, Calif., Victoria Green of Sacramento and Louise Collins of Pittsburg; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 1 p.m. Friday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.

Irene F. Hanson

Irene F. Hanson, 57, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 29, 1947, in Omaha, Neb. A resident for nine years, she was a cashier in the gaming industry.

She is survived by her husband, Dean; four daughters, Linda Congdon of Council Bluffs, Iowa, Mary Smith of Oakland, Iowa, Deanna Banks of Omaha and Nikki Celso of Middleburg, Fla.; her father, George Csipkes of Omaha; two brothers, Raymond James of West Memphis, Alaska, and Willard James of Omaha; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 5:30 p.m. vigil today in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Christ the King Catholic Church. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Imogene 'Jean' Jeffries

Imogene "Jean" Jeffries, 81, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in a local hospital. She was born May 4, 1923, in Crawfordsville, Ind. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired pharmacy clerk.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest; one daughter, Carol Primm of Las Vegas; two sons, James R. Jeffries of Wichita Falls, Texas, and David W. Jeffries of Los Osos, Calif.; two sisters, Maxine Edge of Florida and Evelyn Rigsby of California; one brother, Harold Warren of Ohio; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Eastern.

Tommie Lee Lanton

Tommie Lee Lanton, 65, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 21, 1939, in Oxford, Miss. A resident for 35 years, he was a security officer.

He is survived by two sons, Roy Lanton, and Dana Lanton of Las Vegas; one daughter, Norma Jean Lanton of Tennessee; three brothers, Dave Lanton, Alfred Lanton and Mike Lanton, and two sisters, Maggie Davis and Waidie M. Davis, all of Las Vegas; and many grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will continue until 7 p.m. today in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday in Thomas and Jones Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Marilyn Llapitan

Marilyn Llapitan, 59, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospice. She was born Feb. 13, 1945, in the Philippines. A resident for two years, she was a retired research officer.

She is survived by her parents, Pacita and Roland Llapitan Sr., and one brother, Roland Llapitan Jr., all of Las Vegas; and four sisters, Dina Kuykendall of Pahrump, Marjorie Ledesma and Marvie Unidad, both of Las Vegas and Pinky Mondia of the Philippines.

Visitation is scheduled 1-7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 10 a.m. Friday in St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 1811 Pueblo Vista Drive. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Dorothy A. Luce

Dorothy A. Luce, 66, of Henderson died Saturday in a local hospital. She was born July 26, 1938, in New York City. A resident for eight years, she was a retired administrative assistant for the county government.

She is survived by two sons, David Luce of Henderson and Richard Luce of Philadelphia; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 4 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Betty Mae Manning

Betty Mae Manning, 70, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in a local health care center. She was born Feb. 28, 1934, in Warren Township, Mich. A resident for more than 25 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by three grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 3 p.m. service Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Graveside services will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.

Frank Military

Frank Military, 71, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 8, 1933, in New York. A resident for 24 years, he was a private investigator.

He is survived by his wife, Joann; four daughters, Kathleen and Karon, both of New York state, Valerie of Colorado and Lynn of Florida; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 6 p.m. service Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

George C. Robertson Jr.

George C. Robertson Jr., 70, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 19, 1934, in Fulton, Mo. A resident for 23 years, he was a painter.

He is survived by two sons, George Curtis Robertson III of Independence, Mo., Joe Robertson of Galveston, Texas; two daughters, Vanessa Robertson-Gray of Houston and Susan Meadows of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Kathy Newton of Las Vegas; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Lavan M. Silva

Lavan M. Silva, 38, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in a local hospital. She was born June 16, 1966, in Honolulu. A resident for five years, she was an airline ramp agent.

She is survived by her husband, William; one daughter, Shalanty Vares, and two sons, Kalaniane Vares and Bradah Pascual, all of Las Vegas; her parents, John and Dannette Pascual of Hauula, Hawaii; one brother, John Pascual of Las Vegas; and five sisters, Irene Pascual of Las Vegas, Julie Lauofo of Honolulu, Donna Delizo of Wailua, Hawaii, Brenda Kaanehe of Virginia and Leina Silvira of Alaska.

Mary Morrison Vasconi

Mary Morrison Vasconi, 89, of Las Vegas died Nov. 24 in a local hospital. She was born July 10, 1915, in Sharon, Pa. A resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, George J. Vasconi of Parowan, Utah, and William L. Vasconi of Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
