Milford L. Barrett
Milford L. Barrett, 82, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 28, 1921, in New York. A resident for 17 years, he was a supervisor at the New York City Transit Authority, an Army veteran and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; four sons, Willy S. Sander, Richard A. Sander, Robert A. Sander and Roger Sander; three daughters, Carol Russell, Dorothy Sander and Debra Zarrelli; one sister, Margaret Sands; and six grandchildren.
Visitation was scheduled until noon today in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, with graveside services at 1:20 p.m. in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Ricky L. Breitenfeldt
Ricky L. Breitenfeldt, 49, of Henderson died Saturday in Henderson. He was born March 18, 1955, in Wisconsin. A resident for 16 years, he was a computer company owner and an Air Force veteran.
He is survived by two sons, Michael and Jeff; two brothers, Gary and Randy; and two grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Louise H. Dailey
Louise H. Dailey, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born April 16, 1920, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for eight months, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four children.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling private arrangements.
Richard Dale Kohl Sr.
Richard Dale Kohl Sr., 74, of Las Vegas died Aug. 17 in Las Vegas. He was born Oct. 25, 1929, in Nebraska. A resident for 42 years, he was a mechanical engineer, a Navy Seebee, a member of Masonic Lodge Daylite 44, Midwest Lodge 317, Scottish Rite, Zelzah Shrine and Navy Seebees of America.
He is survived by his wife, Lois; one son, Richard Kohl Jr.; two daughters, Nancy Dunlap and Karla Matthews; four brothers, Guy Kohl, Jack Kohl, Raymon Kohl and Neal Kohl; and eight grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Sept. 18 at Masonic Memorial Temple, 2222 W. Mesquite Ave. Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, is handling arrangements.
Kristian L. Kramer
Kristian L. Kramer, 31, of Henderson died Friday in Henderson. He was born Aug. 6, 1973, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, he was a cabinetmaker.
He is survived by his parents, Beverly and William of Las Vegas; two brothers, William and Parrish; and one sister, Theresa.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling a private service.
Mary Miller
Mary Miller, 82, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospice. She was born July 8, 1922, in Miller, Neb. A resident for 47 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Charles G.; two daughters, Loretta Browning and Janice Keplinger, both of Henderson; one son, Charles C. Miller of Irving, Texas; two sisters, Lenna Haines of Tucson and Verna Livingston of Kearney, Neb.; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in Neighborhood Church, 203 W. Basic Road, Henderson. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
Alexander 'Al' Pilkington
Alexander "Al" Pilkington, 82, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Oct. 10, 1921, in Rockaway Beach, N.Y. A resident for 16 years, he was a retired crane operator, a World War II Navy veteran and life member and past commander of the American Legion.
He is survived by two daughters, Kathleen Gartland of Saugus, Calif., and Carol Pilkington of Canyon Country, Calif.; and two brothers, George and Charles.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., handled arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Joetta M.B. Randolph
Joetta M.B. Randolph, 73, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 10, 1930, in Tuscaloosa, Ala. A resident for seven years, she was a registered nurse and a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Liggett of Seabrook, Texas, and Joann Giovannini of California; one sister, Johnnie Harrison of California; and four grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5 p.m. today in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North. Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bunkers Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Roy Worthen
Roy Worthen, 47, of Henderson died Friday in a local hospital. He was born March 12, 1957, in Henderson. A lifelong resident, he owned and operated a floor maintenance company.
He is survived by his wife, Joann; two sons, Roy Brandon Worthen of Las Vegas and Jacob Bowen Worthen of Henderson; two daughters, Sara Lynn Worthen and Randee Lee Worthen, both of Henderson; his mother, Anna Worthen of Las Vegas; one sister, Vickie Ray Wirtshafter of North Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 90 minutes prior to a 10:30 a.m. service Tuesday at the LDS Mission Hills Ward, U.S. 95 and Mission Hills Drive. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson. Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Roy Worthen Memorial Fund, Kolob Credit Union 17937.
