StumbleRenaissance Hotel under construction

The Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel at Paradise and Desert Inn roads is under construction. The 548-room nongaming property, scheduled to open in early 2005, will be franchised with one of Marriott International Inc.'s upscale hotel brands. The property is located near the Las Vegas Convention Center and its Nextel Communications Inc.-sponsored monorail station, and it will have 30 luxury suites and 20,000 square feet of meeting space. It will be equipped with wired and wireless high-speed Internet connections provided by Atlanta-based StayOnline.
