Russell Beavers
Russell Beavers, 72, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local care center. He was born Feb. 8, 1932, in Carterville, Ill. A resident for 25 years, he was a retired police officer and a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, June; four daughters, Melody Heredia, Judith Hotham and Susan Nihei, all of Las Vegas and Kathleen Pellissier of Reno; one son, Glenn Olsen of Las Vegas; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled 2-8 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd.
Ronald R. Berthiaume
Ronald R. Berthiaume, 57, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1946, in Lewiston, Maine. A resident for 25 years, he was a backhoe operator.
He is survived by two daughters, Johnny Sue Berthiaume of Palmdale, Calif., and Brandy Berthiaume; his father, Roger Berthiaume, and two brothers, Joe Berthiaume and Jim Berthiaume, all of Henderson; two sisters, Barbara Hazelwood of Kentucky and Flo Berthiaume of Henderson; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 12:30-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.
Frances English
Frances English, 78, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born April 4, 1926, in Utica, N.Y. A resident for five years, she was a retired counselor for alcoholics.
She is survived by her husband, Donald; two sons, Ed Rosenburgh of Barneveld, N.Y., and Scott Rosenburgh of Newburgh, Ind.; one daughter, Candy Valencourt of Winston-Salem, N.C.; one stepdaughter, Gina Smith, and one stepson, Kevin English, both of Santa Barbara, Calif.; one brother, Frank Guilfoil of Utica, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Francine Goldstein
Francine Goldstein, 80, of Bullhead City, Ariz., died Aug. 5. She was born Feb. 2, 1924, in Albany, Texas. A former Las Vegas resident for 26 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two daughters, JoAnn Aurand of Valdosta, Ga., and Ginger Webb of Bullhead City; one son, Buddy Heflin of Corona, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Leola Cleveland Jackson
Leola Cleveland Jackson, 81, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. A homemaker, she was born Sept. 7, 1922, in Louisiana.
She is survived by two sons, Alexander Turner of North Carolina and Billy Turner of Las Vegas; and seven daughters, Marteal Beeput, Linda Foster, Brenda Shelton, Francis Jones, Barbara Jackson and Sharon Jackson, all of Las Vegas, and Jacqueline Cleveland of Henderson.
Graveside services were scheduled at noon today in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, handled arrangements.
Fred S. Lippincott
Fred S. Lippincott, 81, of Las Vegas died Thursday. He was born Dec. 17, 1922, in California. A resident for 22 years, he was a retired Air Force veteran and U.S. Postal Service employee.
He is survived by one son, Michael A. Lippincott of Irvine, Calif.; and two grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Friday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., is handling arrangements.
Donagayle 'Doni' Lloyd
Donagayle "Doni" Lloyd, 57, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Oct. 5, 1946, in Trego, Wis. A resident for 32 years, she worked in banking and was a member of the Kabbalah Centre.
She is survived by two daughters, Andrea Lloyd of Las Vegas and Melanie Myers of Boulder, Colo.; two sons, Alan Lloyd of Las Vegas and Kurt Myers of Carmel, Calif.; five sisters, Ruth Hibbard of Ventura, Calif., Judy Kessell of San Francisco, Lois Wahl of San Pablo, Calif., Carol Smonia of Santa Rosa, Calif., and Barbara Phillips of Greensboro, N.C.; one brother, David Haas of Milwaukee.
Visitation is scheduled 1-2 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Graveside services will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
David B. Martin
David B. Martin, 25, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. He was born March 11, 1979, in Las Vegas. He was an accountant.
He is survived by his parents, Susan and Gene Martin, three brothers, Dion Martin, Michael Martin and Shawn Martin, and one sister, Sheri Andrewshetsko, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to a 3 p.m. service Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Paul L. 'Pepper' Martin
Paul L. "Pepper" Martin, 86, of Longview, Wash., died Friday. He was born Oct. 10, 1917, in Sheridan, Wyo. A former Las Vegas resident, he was a retired banquet waiter and a World War II paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Stanley Martin and Donald Martin; and one sister, Doris Brandt.
He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Helling of Marathon, Wis., and Ginger Bagley of Las Vegas; one sister, Elaine Wirtz of Longview, Wash.; one brother, James Martin of Auburn, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
Green Hills Crematory, Longview, Wash., is handling arrangements.
Rocky Miller
Rocky Miller, 51, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. He was born Feb. 23, 1953, in Charlotte, N.C. A resident for 13 years, he was founder of Rocko's Volunteers.
He is survived by his wife, Melody; one daughter, Shelly Parker of Los Angeles; one son, Sig Miller of Henderson; his father and stepmother, Grady and Linda Miller, one sister, Kim Miller, and one brother, Scott Miller, all of Charlotte.
Visitation is scheduled 5-7 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson.

Patrick Thomas Morgan
Patrick Thomas Morgan, 79, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born June 24, 1925, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 13 years, he was an automotive machine repairman and an Army veteran.
He is survived by one son, Mark Edward Morgan; one brother, Jimmy Morgan; one sister, Rita Mika; and two grandchildren.
Neptune Society of Las Vegas, 8570 Del Webb Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Darrel G. Olson
Darrel G. Olson, 46, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local health care center. He was born May 5, 1958, in Fallon. A resident for 40 years, he was a laborer in the furniture industry.
He is survived by one son, Andrew Olson, and one brother, Mark Olson, both of Las Vegas; and two sisters, Penny Laster of California and Toni Smith.
Visitation is scheduled 9-11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Ignacio Seberon
Ignacio Seberon, 73, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. She was born July 31, 1931, in the Philippines. A resident for five years, she was a homemaker and a member of the El Chapai church group.
She is survived by one son, Manuel Ignacio; five daughters, Nanette Zucchero, Marites Ignacio, Magdalena Ignacio, Merlinda Ignacio and Marina Ignacio; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m. until a 2 p.m. service Saturday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Oma Thiriot
Oma Thiriot, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 7, 1922, in Mona, Utah. A resident for 50 years, she was a retired cook for a day care.
She is survived by four sons, Douglas Thiriot, James Thiriot, Kurt Thiriot and Lane Thiriot, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Claude Rowe of Elsinore, Utah; two sisters, Karma Wimsatt of Albany, Ore., and Doris Doss of Las Vegas; 13 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 5-9 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Additional visitation is scheduled one hour prior to an 11 a.m. service Wednesday in the LDS Desert View Ward. Graveside services will follow at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Elois Hazel Allen Tomlinson
Elois Hazel Allen Tomlinson, 85, of North Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 26, 1918, in Montana. A resident for more than 40 years, she was a retired hotel waitress.
She is survived by two daughters, Marlene Barton and Joyce Northey, and one stepson, James Tomlinson, all of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., is handling arrangements.
Sally West
Sally West died July 31, her date of birth in Las Vegas.
She is survived by her parents, Matthew and Kristine West, one sister, Alexis, and one brother, Tyler, all of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
