Jazz picnic
Joe Torres & the UNLV Latin Jazz Ensemble, Greg Marciel & Therapy and Deacon Blue with Joe Escriba and Gary Cordell will perform in a "jazz picnic" from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive. Admission is free. 455-7340.
'Home Town Guitar'
Guitarists from the Guitar Society of Las Vegas will perform at 7 p.m. today at the Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive. Admission is $15 general, $10 seniors/children under 12, $7 Guitar Society/Jazz Society members. 455-7340.
'Requiem'
The UNLV University Concert Singers and Chamber Chorale will presents Maurice Durufle's "Requiem" at 7:30 p.m. today at First Christian Church, 101 S. Rancho Drive. Admission is free. 895-1575.
Spring concert
The UNLV Choral Ensembles presents its spring concert at 7:30 p.m. today at UNLV's Artemus Ham Concert Hall. Ticket prices to be announced. 895-2787.
Jazz Week events
As part of the Community College of Southern Nevada's second annual Jazz Week, the following concerts are offered. Admission to each event is $5. Call 651-5483 for more information:
7:30 p.m. Monday -- Nationally renowned arranger Matt Catingub will guest-conduct jazz selections with a 17-piece professional jazz band at Nicholas J. Horn Theatre, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave.
7:30 p.m. Tuesday -- CCSN's Jazz Combos will perform jazz music from the '50s through the '90s at Nicholas J. Horn Theatre.
7:30 p.m. Wednesday -- CCSN's Jazz Choir and various soloists will perform at Nicholas J. Horn Theatre.
7:30 p.m. Thursday -- Top local high school and middle school jazz bands will perform at Nicholas J. Horn Theatre.

'Daphnis & Chloe'
The Concert Dance Company and Community College of Southern Nevada Dance Ensemble join forces for "Daphnis & Chloe," a full-length ballet, at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday at CCSN's Nicholas J. Horn Theatre, 3200 E. Cheyenne Ave. Admission is $8 general, $5 students/seniors. 651-5483.
'Compositions'
The UNLV Dance Department partners with Dr. Beth Mehocic and Vincent Verderame for "Compositions," a dance concert, at 8 p.m. today, Saturday and at 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at UNLV's Black Box Theatre. Admission is $15 general and $5 students/military/seniors/UNLV faculty and staff. 895-1575.

'Howlin' Records'
The musical "Howlin' Records" will be performed at 8 p.m. today, Saturday, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, at the Valley View Recreational Center, 500 Harris St. Tickets are $12 adults, $10 students, $6 children. 558-7275.
'Pizza Man'
The comedy "Pizza Man" will be shown at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday, and at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, at New City Theatre, 2900 E. Patrick Lane. Tickets are $14 today and Saturday and $12 Sunday, $10 for seniors and students with I.D. 795-0487.
'My Fair Lady'
