Judy Ann Blackwell
Judy Ann Blackwell, 45, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. A lifelong resident, she was born Oct. 12, 1958, in Las Vegas.
She is survived by three sons, Maurice Blackwell, Craig Blackwell and Greg Blackwell, two daughters, Miranda Blackwell and Amanda Blackwell, and her mother, Annie Holliday, all of Las Vegas; eight brothers, Charles Blackwell, Alvin Blackwell, Larry Blackwell, Terry Blackwell, Jerome Holliday, Michael Holliday and Layfette McMorris, all of Las Vegas, and Marvin Holliday of North Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Monday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday in Second Baptist Church, 500 W. Madison Ave. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Joseph Daniel 'Dan' Chandler
Joseph Daniel "Dan" Chandler, 70, of Kentucky died Tuesday in Kentucky. A former Las Vegas resident, he was a casino executive, an Army veteran, a member of the Del Mar Country Club.
He was preceded in death by one son, Joseph Daniel Chandler Jr.
He is survived by two daughter, Erin Chandler Gilboy of Florida and Happy McGinnis; one brother, Albert Benjamin Chandler Jr. of Versailles; two sisters, Marcella Miller of Wilson, N.C., and Mimi C. Lewis of Versailles; his former wife, Lynne Chandler Knipping of Southern Pines, N.C.; and one grandchild.
No local services are scheduled. Services and burial will be in Lexington, Ky. W.R. Milward Mortuary-Broadway, Lexington, is handling arrangements.
Alieh Delnavazi
Alieh Delnavazi, 80, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Feb. 13, 1924, in Tushkand, Russia. A resident for 22 years, she was a retired real estate manager and a member of the Baha'i Assembly.
She is survived by three sisters, Nasrieh Bayat of Los Angeles and Bahyeh Delnavazi and and Hovieh Garakni, both of Las Vegas; and one brother, Djal Delnavazi of Bellingham, Wash.
Services will be 3 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
Carl Bernard Green
Carl Bernard Green, 37, of Las Vegas died April 19 in Ely. A lifelong resident, he was born May 30, 1966, in Las Vegas.
He is survived by his mother, Essie Green, one brother, Timothy Biley, and one sister, Erica Green, all of Las Vegas.
Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday in American Burial and Cremation Services, 310 Foremaster Lane. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Ebenezer Church of God in Christ, 1072 W. Bartlett Ave. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
Sylvia Silver Gustaferro
Sylvia Silver Gustaferro, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. A saleswoman, she was born Aug. 28, 1918, in the Bronx, N.Y.
She is survived by one daughter, Darlene Elaine Silver of Las Vegas; and one brother, David Kaufman of California.
Burial will be in Los Angeles. Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.
Adelaide F. 'Lila' Henry
Adelaide F. "Lila" Henry, 66, of Moapa died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Dec. 15, 1937, in Las Vegas. A resident for 24 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Leonard Sr.; one son, Leonard Henry Jr.; and four daughters, Patricia Medina, Lisa Begay, Toni Henry and Lynnaire Sanchez.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the Moapa Tribal Building. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
Priscilla McGregor
Priscilla McGregor, 83, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born May 16, 1920, in North Dakota. A resident for 29 years, she was a retired retail sales clerk and a member of the American Legion auxiliary.
She is survived by three sons, Donald McGregor of Fargo, N.D., Robert McGregor of Colville, Wash., and Kim McGregor of Riverdale, N.D.; one daughter, Cathy Duckwitz of Idaho Falls, Idaho; her companion, Norman Dallis of Las Vegas; one sister, Valborg Hoff of Bismarck, N.D.; six brothers, Edmund Storhoff, Edgar Storhoff and Gerhard Storhoff, all of North Dakota, Charles Storhoff of Kent, Wash., Howard Storhoff of Seattle and Richard Storhoff of Moorhead, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. May 8 in Christ Lutheran Church, 111 N. Torrey Pines Drive. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.

Winefrida 'Winnie' Paredes
Winefrida "Winnie" Paredes, 45, of Las Vegas died April 18. She was born Jan. 1, 1959, in Angeles City, Philippines. A resident for two years, she was a loan officer.
She is survived by four daughters, Jennifer Cicat, Jaymee Cicat, Jaira Cicat and Christy Cicat, and two sons, Jay Cicat and Jamie Jr., all of the Philippines.
Visitation is scheduled 4-10 p.m. today and 4 p.m.-midnight Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Chapel, Jones.
Elaine Poelma
Elaine Poelma, 78, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born June 16, 1925, in Pine Bluffs, Wyo. A resident for eight years, she was a retired senior accountant for the county government.
She is survived by four daughters, Annette Ross of Gilbert, Ariz., Patti Keenan of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Jeanne Robinson of Littleton, Colo., and Diane Peters of Sun City, Calif.; five sons, John Poelma of Henderson, Lee Poelma and Tom Poelma, both of Highlands Ranch, Colo., Ted Poelma of Mesa, Ariz., and Chris Poelma of Greenwood Village, Colo.; one sister, Rita Jeanne Page of Rockford, Ill.; two brothers, Gerald Phillips of Littleton, Colo., and Donald Phillips of Rancho Mirage, Calif.; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled noon-3 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday in St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 130 N. Pecos Road, Henderson. Graveside services will follow at noon Monday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Denny Reff
Denny Reff, 64, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born April 4, 1940, in Bismarck, N.D. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired civil engineer and a member of the Elks.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; two daughters, Terri Reff of Crofton, Md., and Debbie Reff of Las Vegas; two brothers, Tom Reff of Pelican Rapids, Minn., and Neil Reff of Watertown, S.D.; and four granddaughters.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Olivia Jenny Serro
Olivia Jenny Serro, 85, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born July 25, 1918, in Detroit. A resident for 18 years, she was a retired seamstress for a clothing designer.
She is survived by one daughter, Bridget O. Franklin of Las Vegas; two sisters, Ann Scardina of New Jersey and Elizabeth Greco of Las Vegas; and one brother, Joseph Scarcella of New York.
Visitation is scheduled 9 a.m.-noon Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Graveside services will follow at 1:20 p.m. in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Arneshia 'Ninnie' Smith
Arneshia "Ninnie" Smith, 71, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a rehabilitation center. She was born Feb. 18, 1933, in Newellton, La. A resident for 42 years, she was a retired cook at a nursing facility.
She is survived by four sons, Freddie Washington, Wallace Ewell, Terry Ewell and Talmaus Ewell, all of Las Vegas; two stepdaughters, Betty Harris of Las Vegas and Wanda Cook of Rockford, Ill.; three sisters, Verdia Lawson, Betty Davis and Carol Tolson, all of Las Vegas; one brother, Clint Tolson of North Las Vegas; 17 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Palm Chapel, Main. Burial will follow in Palm Memorial Park.
Bonnie L. Smith
Bonnie L. Smith, 70, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 17, 1934, in Monroe, Wash. A resident for six years, she was a department store cashier.
She is survived by her husband, Dana J.; one daughter, Melissa Lunde of Bonney Lake, Wash.; two sons, James Hyder of Sandy Point, Idaho, and Tony Hyder of Novato, Calif.; two sisters, Rose Reynoldson of Wenatchee, Wash., and Betty Noot of Pouisbo, Wash.; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be 5 p.m. today at Thousand Trails RV Resort. Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd., is handling arrangements.
James T. Wiley
James T. Wiley, 78, died April 7 in a local hospital. He was born July 28, 1925, in Wabash, Ind. A former Las Vegas resident, he was employed at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft and was a World War II Navy veteran who served in the South Pacific.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 32 years, Geneva Oakley.
He is survived by one sister, Doris Jeanne Strickler of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter; two stepsons; one niece; and two nephews.
The Neptune Society of Pahrump handled arrangements. Graveside services were in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
Henry Paul Winicki
Henry Paul Winicki, 82, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Jan. 9, 1922, in Hamtramck, Mich. A resident for 14 years, he was a retired graphic engineer in architecture, a member of the Las Vegas Club of the Deaf, Nevada Association of the Deaf and Senior Citizens Association of the Deaf.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine; one niece, Sophie Grabill of Indiana; one nephew and his wife, James and Christina Smith, two great-nieces, Susan and Linda, and one great-nephew, James Jr., all of Grand Marais.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in Christ the King Catholic Church, 4925 S. Torrey Pines Drive. Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Senior Citizens Association of the Deaf.
