Letter: Oil interests are Bush’s priority
Tuesday, April 27, 2004 | 8:41 a.m.
I am a Las Vegas cab driver. The rising cost of gasoline and oil is cutting into the profits of cab drivers, limo drivers, bus drivers and fleet owners daily here in Las Vegas and nationally. Apparently our president covets oil companies here and internationally more than he respects the American people's pocketbook.
We need to vote for a president who will represent the people, not the national and international oil interests. I hope that this November everyone in America makes the right choice for president of the United States of America.
