I'd like to respond to Chester L. Simpson's April 16 letter regarding "anti-Bush" people. First and foremost, this great nation of ours is made up of many people who may or may not agree with certain policies or decisions made by a person holding office.
Despite our differences, however, we are united in our love for this country. We, whether Mr. Simpson chooses to acknowledge it or not, also are united in our grief for the victims and their families of Sept. 11. And, believe it or not, we also have loved ones and friends who are now on foreign soil, spilling their blood for us.
Mr. Simpson shouldn't be so quick to judge his fellow Americans.
