Citizens advisory positions open

Clark County is currently accepting applications to fill a vacant seat on its three-member Citizens Advisory Council for Lower Kyle Canyon.

Their public meetings are held twice a month at 6 p.m. on Tuesdays at Mt. Crest Neighborhood Services Center, 4701 N. Durango Drive.

Also, the CAC is accepting applications to fill a vacant seat on its five-member CAC for Red Rock. Public meetings are held once and sometimes twice a month at 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Blue Diamond Village Library, 14 Cottonwood Drive.

Applications for this position must be received by May 11. Interested parties should call Clark County Administrative Services at 455-3530 or go to www.accessclarkcounty.com to obtain an application. Applications may be submitted by mail or in person at Administrative Services, Clark County, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, NV 89155, or by fax at 455-3558.
