Good Guys chain sold

CompUSA Inc., an electronics chain controlled by Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, has agreed to buy retailer Good Guys Inc. for $55.3 million in cash.
CompUSA will pay $2.05 a share for the Alameda, Calif.- based chain, a 37 percent premium to its closing price Friday.
Good Guys has 71 stores in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
