LONDON -- Sol Kerzner, the founder of South Africa's Sun City gambling resort, has agreed to build a $350 million casino and hotel on the site of London's Millennium Dome, the Financial Times reported, without saying where it got the information.
Kerzner International Ltd. signed an agreement in principle with Anschutz Entertainment Group, the company building a sports and entertainment site in the dome, according to the paper.
The project is dependent on deregulation of the gaming industry, which may occur by 2005, the FT said.
