StumbleCondo units at MonteLago welcome first renters

MonteLago Village, a condo complex developed by Intrawest Corp. near the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Casino MonteLago at Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, welcomed its first rental guests last Friday. About 80 to 90 percent of condo owners at Intrawest resort developments end up participating in an Intrawest program that rents out the units. The first condo owners closed on their units in August.
