Fatal air crashes of Grand Canyon tour flights since 1991:
A pilot and six European tourists die after an Air Grand Canyon single-engine Cessna 207A crashes about four miles south of the canyon's rim.
Five people die after a Las Vegas Airlines twin-engine Piper Navajo Chieftain sightseeing flight crashes into Mount Wilson, five miles northeast of Hoover Dam.
Two Las Vegas tourists are killed after an Air Vegas single-engine Cessna T210L crashes short of a runway at Temple Bar, Ariz.
An Adventure Airlines twin-engine Cessna 402C crashes shortly after taking off from an airstrip on the Hualapai Indian Reservation on the west rim of the Grand Canyon, killing 10 people.
Two people die after a Waco biplane operated by Out of Arizona Byplane Tours crashed after an emergency landing near Sedona, Ariz.
An Air Nevada twin-engine Cessna 402 crashed shortly after takeoff from McCarran International Airport, killing all three people on board.
A Las Vegas Airlines twin-engine Piper PA-31 Navajo crashed after developing engine trouble shortly after takeoff from Grand Canyon Airport. The crash killed eight people and critically injured two.
A helicopter owned by Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters crashed near Grand Canyon Airport, seven miles south of the south rim. The pilot died in the crash.
Five tourists from Brooklyn and their pilot were killed and a sixth person critically injured when a Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters craft crashed in Meadview, Ariz., returning from the canyon.
