A Las Vegas partnership on Sunday announced plans to build a 250-unit condominium complex just west of Interstate 15 near Harmon Avenue.
Andrew Sasson and Laurence Hallier of Sasson/Hallier Development LLC announced plans to build a 30-story development to be known as Panorama Towers.
Representatives of the company could not be reached for details today, but the firm owns 10.5 acres near Industrial Road and Harmon Avenue.
Sasson, founder of the Jet Corp., which has developed several nightclubs, including Light at Bellagio, and Hallier, an advertising executive who founded the taxicab advertising company Taxi Tops before selling it in 2000 to Clear Channel International for $120 million, also plan a retail component to the condominium project.
The partners said the units will range in price from $245,000 to $1 million and the retail area will include a gourmet grocery store, a bakery, a laundry and dry-cleaning service, a coffee house and a yoga studio, all of which have been leased.
