StumbleVegas firm expands with deal

Pinnacle Health System of Las Vegas announced Thursday it acquired P5 e.Health Services Inc. of Salt Lake City.
Terms were not disclosed.
Pinnacle Health provides clinical and management services to health care providers. P5 will expand Pinnacle Health nationally through its paperless claims process that uses the Internet to link health care and insurance providers together. It also provides real-time insurance payments using electronic funds transfers.
