Letter: Woodbury’s decency is needed

Reading Jeff German's Oct. 19 column on County Commissioner Bruce Woodbury was like being served a gourmet dinner after eating out of the garbage can for so long. Wouldn't it have been a blessing, or a meal fit for a king (or queen), if Las Vegans had considered someone from the same mold when they elected their mayor?
Maybe Woodbury would consider the taking over of this position next election and give Las Vegas a taste of decency -- instead of having to wallow around in the garbage that's been dished out these past few years.
