Letter: Price for ‘Bush’s War’ too high

Since most knowledgeable people now agree that the war in Iraq was "Bush's War" from the start, I ask:

Why is President Bush so set on having the U.S. taxpayers give $87 billion to rebuild the damage caused by his war in Iraq while his administration fights establishing medical care for those in this country who cannot afford it?

Why do so many people in other countries now hate and demonstrate against America, when during the Clinton administration the U.S. was the most admired?

How many people, Iraqis and members of the American military, have died? How many more casualties will there be before it is all over?

Finally, as the cash register has not stopped ringing up the totals, what price is the American public willing to pay for Bush's War?
