Old items to be taken up at City Council meeting

The Las Vegas City Council on Wednesday will take up a number of items left over from two weeks ago, when the regular meeting was canceled because of an error in the public posting requirements.
Among those items are:
Also, new at Council chambers: Visitors will be passing through a metal detector at Wednesday's Las Vegas City Council meeting. The $4,800 Meter 200 Multi-Zone metal detector will be placed at one entrance to the council chambers.
