Awareness fair
Representatives from more than 60 organizations serving those with disabilities will gather at a Disability Awareness Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Sammy Davis Jr. Festival Plaza in Lorenzi Park on West Washington Avenue between Rancho and Valley View. Admission is free. 889-4216.
Bite of Las Vegas
Mix 94.1, in partnership with Clark County Parks & Community Services, presents the seventh annual "Bite of Las Vegas" food and music celebration from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday at Desert Breeze Park, at the corner of Spring Mountain Road and Durango Drive. Admission is $5 for adults and free for children 12 and under. 889-5129.
'Time Out'
The French Club Sandwich film series continues with Laurent Cantet's "Time Out" at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Winchester Cultural Center, 3130 S. McLeod Drive. Admission is $3, and the program is not recommended for children. 455-7340.

Beauty workshops
A free series of workshops on caring for your skin will be offered from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at the North Las Vegas Library Main Branch, 2300 Civic Center Drive. The workshops are headed by Maritza Smith, a consultant of Mary Kay beauty products. 633-1070.
Collector's show
The Everything Coca-Cola Store, 3785 Las Vegas Blvd. South, invites collectors of Coca-Cola merchandise to bring their items in for free expert appraisals from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. 270-5957.
Fund-raising fest
A harvest and fine arts festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at MonteLago Village. Admission is free, and all-access wine-tasting passes are $15, with portions going to the Alzheimer's Association. 939-8888.
'Urban Artists'
The Las Vegas-Clark County Library District will host "Urban Artists," a communal arts presentation of poetry, spoken word, rhymes and dramatic readings, at 7 p.m. today at the West Las Vegas Library, 951 W. Lake Mead Blvd. Admission is free. 507-3991.
Native American
Southern Paiutes from the Moapa area and other Native Americans will share their culture with visitors to the Lost City Museum's Native American Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday on State Route 169 off I-15. Admission is $3 for adults, $2 for those 65 and above and free for children. 397-2193.
Oktoberfest
Terrible's Hotel & Casino, 4100 Paradise Road, will host an Oktoberfest tent, complete with Germany's most famous beers, a traditional Bavarian menu and the Hofbrauhaus Ooompah band, from 11 a.m. to midnight tonight and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Sunday.
