The Metro Police Citizen Review Board will hold an open house Nov. 6 to celebrate three years of community service.
The open house celebration marks a milestone for the Review Board in establishing itself as an independent oversight board responsible for reviewing Metro Police Department investigations and complaints of misconduct filed against Metro police and corrections officers.
It also provides an opportunity for members of the public to learn about the activities and services of the Review Board.
Special guests invited to the celebration include Clark County Commission Chairwoman Mary Kincaid-Chauncey, Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman and Undersheriff Douglas Gillespie.
The event will take place 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the County Government Center, 500 S. Grand Central Parkway.
