Anthony Aptimes

Anthony Aptimes, 50, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. A respiratory therapist and a Navy veteran, he was born Feb. 23, 1953.

He is survived by his wife, Myla; two sons, Leo Aptimes and Larian Aptimes; six brothers, Andres Aptimes, Romy Aptimes, Thomas Aptimes, Henery Aptimes, Mario Aptimes and Romeo Aptimes; and six sisters, Lourdes Bennet, Shirley Arrukod, Grace Vasali, Isabel Borjal, Pauline Dogui and Ana Ignacio.

Visitation is scheduled 6-9 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday in Hites Funeral Services, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson. Graveside services will be 10:40 a.m. Oct. 24 in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Patrick Armen, 86, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born March 18, 1917, in Las Vegas.

Terrance Beatson

Terrance Beatson, 30, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 11, 1973, in Phoenix. A resident for three years, he was an assistant superintendent for a construction company.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa; two sons, Slater Beatson and Cameron Beatson, and his parents, John and Susan Beatson, all of Las Vegas; and his grandparents, Judy Reems of Las Vegas and Joyce and Frank Gibson of Bardstown, Ky.

Visitation is scheduled 4-7 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday in Palm Chapel, Cheyenne.

Debra R. Gilbert Brookman

Debra R. Gilbert Brookman, 51, of Las Vegas died Sept. 22 in Las Vegas. A homemaker, she was born Aug. 25, 1952, in Warsaw, Ind.

She is survived by one son, Edward Curd III of Las Vegas; one brother, Richard L. Gilbert of Pierceton, Ind.; and one sister, Geraldine Ralston Warsaw.

No local services are scheduled. Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Syracuse, Ind., is handling arrangements.

Guillermina Burgos

Guillermina Burgos, 88, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. She was born Feb. 25, 1915, in San Felipe, Chile. A resident for 24 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by one daughter, Amelia Bravo of Las Vegas; one son, Francisco Cerda of Sonora, Mexico; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 2-4 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Diana Jo Christy

Diana Jo Christy, 53, of North Las Vegas died Saturday. A systems analyst, she was born June 4, 1950, in Lincoln, Neb.

She is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Jo Klocki, and one son, Jamey Stearns, both of Burbank, Calif.; three sisters, Donna Christy and Charlene Falkner, both of Las Vegas, and Marie Sager of Los Angeles; one brother, Chuck Sager of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Visitation was scheduled noon until a 2 p.m. service today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., followed by graveside services in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.

Wade Eberson

Wade Eberson, 88, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. He was born Dec, 18, 1914.

He is survived by one son, James Eberson of Las Vegas.

Mildred P. Faust

Mildred P. Faust, 82, of Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 24, 1921, in Clendenon, W.Va. A resident for 20 years, she was a retired factory worker for a photography firm.

She is survived by two sons, Eugene Foreman and Charles Foreman, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Deborah Fox of New Hill, N.C., and Barbara Kniaz of Belvidere, Ill.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 1-5 p.m. Monday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Laura M. Hutchinson

Laura M. Hutchinson, 69, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born July 2, 1934, in Philadelphia. A resident for 27 years, she was a retired bookkeeper for a wholesale liquor firm.

She is survived by her husband, Francis; one daughter, Brenda L. Noffsinger, and one son, Jim Hutchinson, both of Las Vegas; and one grandchild.

Visitation is scheduled 2-7 p.m. Monday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Palm Chapel, Henderson. Graveside services will follow at noon Tuesday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Joe E. Ingram Jr.

Joe E. Ingram Jr., 60, of Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. He was born Feb. 27, 1943, in Birmingham, Ala. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired tile setter.

He is survived by two sons, Steve Ingram and Mike Ingram, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Tommy Ingram of Conroe, Texas, and Danny Ingram of Alabama; and five grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 11 a.m. until a 2 p.m. service Friday in Affordable Cremation and Burial Service, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.

Winston R. Johnson Sr.

Winston R. Johnson Sr., 68, of Las Vegas died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 22, 1935, in Hollis, Okla. A resident for 43 years, he was a retired hotel porter.

He is survived by his ex-wife, Shirley Johnson of Las Vegas; two daughters, Shirley Harrison of Houston and Gail McDonald of Las Vegas; four sons, Robert Johnson of Houston and Winston R. Johnson Jr., Francis Johnson and Joe Johnson, all of Las Vegas; two brothers, Marvin Johnson and Calvin Johnson Jr.; 22 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 3:30-7 p.m. Saturday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St.

Eunice Kling

Eunice Kling, 96, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospice. She was born May 7, 1907, in Bay City, Mich. A resident for 87 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Mary Magdalene Circle at the Community Church of Henderson.

She is survived by one daughter, Jean Briney of Granite Bay, Calif.; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Barbara E. Kratzert

Barbara E. Kratzert, 63, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Oct. 13, 1940, in Litchfield, Ill. A resident for 22 years, she was an office manager at Davis Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Harringten of Beach Park, Ill., and Theresa Conyers Galloway of Mount Zion, Ill.; three brothers, David Allan Boedecker of South Lake Tahoe, Calif., Robert Dean Boedecker of Decatur, Ill., and William Darrell Boedecker of Santa Fe, N.M.; one sister, Carol Marie DeCleres of Decatur; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be 7 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd.

Clemmie Lee, 81, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born April 22, 1922, in Dallas. A resident for 52 years, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Lee of Las Vegas and George Lee of Colorado Springs, Colo.; four daughters, Sandra Thomas, Dorothy Hicks, Joyce Copeland and Yvonne Lee, all of Las Vegas; 20 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is scheduled 4-8 p.m. Oct. 24 in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave. Services will be 11 a.m. Oct. 25 in Davis Paradise Valley Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Paradise Memorial Gardens.

Robert James Leitholf

Robert James Leitholf, 51, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. He was born Feb. 15, 1952, in Washington, Pa. A resident for one year, he was a certified prosthetist.

He is survived by his wife, Linda.

Christopher Brian Manning

Christopher Brian Manning, 28, of Henderson died Tuesday in Henderson. He was born June 19, 1975, in Granada Hills, Calif. A resident for 25 years, he was a greeter for a time share company and a Green Valley High School graduate.

He is survived by his mother, Linda Manning, his grandmother, Natalie Manning, his stepfather, Richard Espinda, one brother, Richard Manning-Espinda, and one sister, Alexis Manning-Espinda, all of Las Vegas.

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial will follow in Palm Valley View Memorial Park.

William F. McBride

William F. McBride, 66, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born Aug. 19, 1937, in Pennsylvania. A resident for 11 years, he was an electrician for state government and a retired member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; three daughters, Donna Berringer of St. Peter's, Fla., Carol Callahan of Land O' Lakes, Fla., and Diane DiMarco of San Clemente, Calif.; five sons, Randy McBride of Land O' Lakes, Scott McBride and Tommy McBride, both of Chicago, Chuck Myers of Oak Harbor, Wash., and Chris Myers of Las Vegas; two sisters, Margaret Becker and Nancy Campbell, both of Pennsylvania; two brothers, Jimmy McBride of York, Pa., and Richard McBride of Dallas; 22 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mary McKay, 79, of Boulder City died Monday in a local health care center. She was born May 24, 1924, in Richmond Hill, N.Y. A resident for 34 years, she was a retired hospital dietician.

She is survived by two daughters, April Webb of Boulder City and Mary Ellen Lawrence of Jamaica, N.Y.; one brother, Steven Stutzbach of Richmond Hill; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Burial will follow in Boulder City Cemetery.

Valerie L. Myers, 41, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 25, 1962, in Los Angeles. A resident for seven years, she was a bartender.

She is survived by her husband, Daniel; two daughters, Tessa Rose McCabe and Santana Myers, one son, Sawyer Myers; her mother, Irene Murrieta, one brother, Carl Murrieta, and one sister, Francine Murrieta, all of Las Vegas.

Veronica Ebarb Phillips, 47, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local hospital. She was born June 24, 1956, in Henderson. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Mark; two daughters, Jessica Phillips and Jaime Phillips, and her parents, Juanice and Mark Ebarb, all of Las Vegas.

Daniel W. Pore, 38, of Henderson died Wednesday in a local hospital. He was born March 27, 1965, in Youngstown, Ohio. A resident for 23 years, he was a hotel housekeeping supervisor and played softball for Caesars Palace's team.

He is survived by one son, Daniel Pore of Las Vegas; his father, William R. Pore of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Deborah Faraglia of Youngstown, Ohio, and Vicki Long of Henderson; two brothers, Christopher Pore and Tracy Pore, both of Las Vegas.

Dorigen Marie Rowe

Dorigen Marie Rowe, 63, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in Las Vegas. She was born Sept. 9, 1940, in Singapore. A resident for 24 years, she was a client assistant for a brokerage firm.

She is survived by her husband, Gary; two daughters, Deborah Michelle Hildebrandt of Phoenix and Suzanne Larissa Hildebrandt of Denver; two sisters, Margot Downer of Toronto and Patricia Robinson of Miami; and one grandson.

Marlys E. Sherrill

Marlys E. Sherrill, 70, of Henderson died Wednesday in Henderson. She was born Feb. 2, 1933, in Minneapolis. A resident for 12 years, she was a retired supply company secretary.

She is survived by two daughters, Traci Anderlik and Cari Tornberg, both of Henderson; one son, Larry Sherrill of Durango, Colo.; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Smith III, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Regina Bowling of Sydney, Australia, and Christina Cello of Ilo Ilo City; one brother, Diony Cello of Ilo Ilo City; and three grandchildren.

Becky "Patty" Sullivan, 74, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in Las Vegas. She was born Aug. 16, 1929, in Las Vegas. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, J. Emmett; four daughters, Linda Wittman, Jamie Sullivan and Helen Ely, all of Las Vegas, and Darcy Trader of Reno; one son, Bruce Sullivan of Las Vegas; and six grandchildren.

Natalie Wakeman-Voelkner

Natalie Wakeman-Voelkner, 33, of Las Vegas died Tuesday in a local hospice. She was born June 21, 1970, in Indiana. She was a retired schoolteacher, a 1988 Valley High School graduate and a 1992 University of Nevada, Las Vegas graduate.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; one daughter, Madison Voelkner, and her parents, Kathie and Al Jacobs, all of Las Vegas; and her grandfather, Mitchel Robuck.
