Letter: Traffic control needs some work

Las Vegas Sun reporter Launce Rake's article on Oct. 15 -- "A green light to traffic problems" -- stated that "Clark County traffic is controlled by a coordinated traffic control network." This is very true, especially around the large hotel-casinos. They are coordinated so that we have plenty of time to sit and be exposed to every advertisement on their electronic signs.

Of course, this must be part of that "intelligent traffic system" we have been hearing about, the one we are paying for with the passing of Question 10.
