L.A. firm buys North Las Vegas warehouse

EJM Development Co. of Los Angeles has purchased two industrial buildings at 4200 and 4300 Flossmoor St. in North Las Vegas from Centra Properties Inc.

In Business Las Vegas, a sister newspaper to the Las Vegas Sun, reported the buildings total about 410,000 square feet of warehouse space at the southeast corner of Craig Road and Flossmoor Street near Lamb Boulevard.

Some of the tenants at the center include Wal-Mart, Whirlpool Corp., RC Willey and Las Vegas Container. Centra said the sales price was about $17.5 million.
