Leasing strong for Strip retail center

The Polynesian-themed Hawaiian Marketplace retail center at Las Vegas Boulevard near Harmon Avenue on the Las Vegas Strip is 85 percent leased, project officials said.
Frank Volk, leasing agent for project developers Metro Flag Polo LLC, a partnership between Brett Torino of Las Vegas and Flag Luxury Properties of New York, said the $140 million, 80,000-square-foot center is set to open in early 2004.
