StumbleKrolicki rings in stock exchange session

State Treasurer Brian Krolicki enjoyed the ceremonial honor today of ringing the bill to open trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
Before the opening, Krolicki met with John Reed, chairman of the stock exchange, and other officials on the overhaul of rules to prevent a repeat of the scandal that plagued the $7 trillion mutual fund industry.
Krolicki is president of the National Association of State Treasurers.
