Henderson post offices collect toys

The Henderson post offices are having their annual Toys for Tots Christmas gift drive.

The gifts should be new, unwrapped and for a boy or girl and dropped off at the Henderson post offices, 404 Boulder Highway or 1575 Horizon Ridge Parkway, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. through Dec. 18.

Or, if someone is unable to get to the post office just give their gift to their letter carrier.

Central Christian Church,

1001 New Beginnings Drive, Henderson, will hold a special Thanksgiving celebration service at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Valley residents are invited to attend and join in celebrating all the things they're thankful for this holiday season. For more information, call 735-4004.
