Linda Almanzan
Linda Almanzan, 61, of North Las Vegas died Sunday in a local hospital. She was born Sept. 16, 1942, in Los Angeles. A resident for seven years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Ray; three sons, Adam Almanzan of West Los Angeles and Ray Almanzan Jr. and Arthur Almanzan, both of Las Vegas; one brother, Manuel Diaz of Hacienda Heights, Calif.; two sisters, Delia Cuilty of Rosemead, Calif., and Mary Hernandez of North Las Vegas; and one grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of Las Vegas Catholic Church, 3050 Alta Drive, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park, Northwest.
Marye J. DeBelloy
Marye J. DeBelloy, 77, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 7, 1926, in Edmonton, Alberta. A resident for 43 years, she was a retired credit manager for Dillard's with 28 years of service.
She is survived by one daughter, Lori Foote of Las Vegas; three brothers, George Woods of Canada and Randall DeBelloy and James DeBelloy, both of Las Vegas; two sisters, Joy and Doris of Canada; and two grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday in Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
Beatrice Mary Engan
Beatrice Mary Engan, 84, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospice. She was born Nov. 29, 1918, in New York City. A resident for 25 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, John and Erick Johnson; one daughter, Mary Irigarry; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North, handled arrangements.
Dorothy Mae Florence
Dorothy Mae Florence, 91, of North Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. She was born Dec. 31, 1911, in New Haven Township, N.Y. A resident for one year, she was a retired food server for a school district.
She is survived by four daughters, Geraldine Moulton, Charlene Neyhart and Marlene Martin, all of Fulton, N.Y., and Cynthia Lindenberg of North Las Vegas; two sons, Loren Rivers of Latrobe, Pa., and George Rivers of Honolulu; and 19 grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave., is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the First Congregational Church, 270 W. First St., Fulton, NY 13069.
Christopher A. Flores
Christopher A. Flores, 48, of Las Vegas died Nov. 10 in Las Vegas. He was born May 8, 1955, in Reseda, Calif. A resident for 30 years, he was a casino floorman.
He is survived by one son, Kyle Johnson, and his mother, Doris A. Lydon, both of Las Vegas; two brothers, Jack Flores of San Diego and Mike Flores of Honolulu; and two sisters, Kathy Palenik of Laguna, Calif., and Teri Patterson of Las Vegas.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.
Baldemar R. Lopez
Baldemar R. Lopez, 76, died Sunday in Las Vegas. Born April 22, 1927, in California, he was an Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Betty; and three daughters, Rachel Connelly of New York, Veronica Padilla of Montebello, Calif., and Mary Louise of Tujunga, Calif.
Services are pending.
The family suggests donations to food for the poor.
Jean McCune
Jean McCune, 78, of Las Vegas died Nov. 8 in a local hospital. She was born Feb. 23, 1925, in Rostraver Township, Pa. A resident for 30 years, she was a retired administrator for the Clark County claims department and an avid singer.
She is survived by one sister, Dorothy Cribbs of Pahrump; and one brother, William Strang of Belle Vernon, Pa.
A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Sunday in First Presbyterian Church, 1515 W. Charleston Blvd., followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park.
Joseph P. Mione
Joseph P. Mione, 94, of Las Vegas died Monday in local hospital. He was born July 19, 1909, in New York City. A resident for 22 years, he owned a dry cleaning company.
He is survived by two daughters, Rosalind Kalata of Las Vegas and Anna Withers of Connecticut; one son, Sal Mione of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. services Thursday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, followed by burial in Memory Gardens.
Ernestine Morris
Ernestine Morris, 61, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. She was born May 1, 1942, in Arkansas. A resident for 17 years, she was a housekeeper.
She is survived by her husband, Martos Morris; her mother, Elnora Mack of Arkansas; two brothers, Orlando McCollum of Texas and Otis McCollum of Missouri; and one sister, Mary McCree of Arkansas.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Greater New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 1100 N. D St., followed by burial in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Thomas John O'Roarke
Thomas John O'Roarke, 60, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born Aug. 27, 1943, in St. Paul, Minn. A resident for 30 years, he was an elementary school principal for the Clark County School District.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Shirley; one daughter, Amy Rhodes, and two sons, Timothy Joseph O'Roarke and Bryan Rhodes, all of Las Vegas; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 4 p.m to 7 p.m. Friday in Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. North, and one hour prior to 11 a.m. services Saturday in the LDS Cheyenne-Mustang chapel. Burial will be in Memory Gardens.
Charley R. Schneider Jr.
Charley R. Schneider Jr., 65, of Las Vegas died Sunday in Las Vegas. He was born May 2, 1938, in San Antonio. A resident for 54 years, he was a retired agent for Farmers Insurance and a member of the Black Mountain Golf and Country Club.
He is survived by his wife, Maggie; one daughter, Stevie Tegano, his mother, Florence Wilhelm, one sister, Carolyn Henze, all of Las Vegas; and three grandchildren.
A rosary will be 6 p.m. Wednesday at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson. Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Peter's Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, followed by burial in Palm Memorial Park, Henderson.
The family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society, 1325 E. Harmon Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
Harold D. Scott
Harold D. Scott, 55, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born June 7, 1948, in Los Angeles. A resident for 15 years, he was a retired computer technician, Vietnam War Navy veteran, and a member of the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Association of Retired Persons.
He is survived by his wife, Estella; one daughter, Daitrione A. Johnson, and his parents, Jerry and Verdell Scott, all of Los Angeles; five brothers; and four sisters.
Visitation is scheduled from noon to 7 p.m. Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., and from 10:30 until 11 a.m. services Friday in the Progressive Pilgrims Fellowship Church, followed by burial in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.

Jerolyn Zentzis
Jerolyn Zentzis, 64, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local care center. She was born Aug. 28, 1939, in Omaha, Neb. A resident for six years, she was a retired teacher and Vietnam War and Desert Storm Navy veteran.
She is survived by her husband, Dale; one daughter, Cindy Salazar of Simi Valley, Calif.; one son, Douglas Young of Las Vegas; one stepdaughter, Deanna Rhyne of Federal Way, Wash.; one stepson, David Zentzis of Spokane, Wash.; one sister, Jody Brown of Las Vegas; and eight grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled one hour prior to 10 a.m. services Thursday in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave. Graveside services will be at 10:40 a.m. Friday in Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Boulder City.
