TRENTON, N.J. -- Matt Zutlik and goaltender Chris Houle teamed to lead the Trenton Titans to a 2-1 ECHL victory Sunday at the Sovereign Bank Arena against the Las Vegas Wranglers. It was the Wranglers' first loss in regulation time since Oct. 20 and only their second of the season.
Houle stopped 19 of 20 shots -- defenseman Jon Shockey scored the lone goal for Las Vegas -- as the Wranglers fell to 0-1-1 on their current six-game road trip.
The loss was the first of the season for Wranglers goalie Marc Magliarditi, who made 27 saves. The Wranglers' record dropped to 9-2-3. Their road trip resumes on Tuesday night at Atlantic City.
