Allon Anderson
Allon Anderson, 93, of Las Vegas died Saturday in Las Vegas. He was born Nov. 5, 1910, in Roseau, Minn. A resident for two years, he was a retired machinist.
He is survived by his wife, Gerda; two daughters, Jerilyn Milarch of Las Vegas and Carol Geissler of Everett, Wash.; two sons, Roger Anderson and Kenneth Anderson, both of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; two sisters, Laura Peterson of Fargo, N.D., and Elsie Hetteen of Camino Island, Wash.; one brother, Raymond Anderson of International Falls, Minn.; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. No local services are scheduled. King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane, is handling arrangements.
The family suggests donations to the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Joanne V. Beach
Joanne V. Beach, 55, died Nov. 4 in Las Vegas. Born Sept. 23, 1948, she was a security officer.
She is survived by one daughter, Rondi South.

Jack Bernstein
Jack Bernstein, 79, of Las Vegas died Saturday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 16, 1924, in Philadelphia. A resident for 26 years, he owned and operated a restaurant, he was a World War II Army veteran, a member of the Masons and B'rith Shalom.
He is survived by his wife, Seena; one son, Edward Bernstein; one daughter, Randi Doroshow of Henderson; two sisters, Irene Slass of New Jersey and Rochelle Cohen of Philadelphia; one brother, Morton Bernstein of Philadelphia; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in King David Memorial Chapel, 2697 Eldorado Lane.
The family suggests donations to the American Diabetes Association, 2785 E. Desert Inn Road, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89121.
Thomas Robert Conner
Thomas Robert Conner, 61, of Las Vegas died Wednesday. Born Sept. 18, 1942, he was a loan officer, National Guard veteran and a member of the Rotary Club.
He is survived by his wife, Jeanette; and two sons, Robert Conner and David Conner.

Kim Studebaker Douglas
Kim Studebaker Douglas, 47, of Las Vegas died Friday in Las Vegas. She was born June 17, 1956, in Nevada. A lifelong resident, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; one son, Richard De Jon Douglas; one daughter, Carrie Jean Douglas; her stepfather, Don Buchanan; one brother, John Studebaker; and two sisters, Kathy Studebaker and Karen Maurer.
Visitation is scheduled from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday in Desert Memorial Cremation and Burial Society, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd. North.
Leroy Ferrand
Leroy Ferrand, 58, died Nov. 10 in North Las Vegas. Born July 28, 1945, in Sheneyville Rapids, La., he was a sanitation supervisor.
He is survived by one daughter, Kimberlie Ferrand, and one son, Cedric Ferrand, both of North Las Vegas; four brothers, Henry Ferrand, Eddie Ferrand, Walter Rush and Perry Varner, and three sisters, Mary Porter, Geneva Emerson and Pamela Varner, all of Monroe, La.; and three grandchildren.
No local services are scheduled. Burial will be in Little Rock, Ark. Hites Funeral Home, 438 W. Sunset Road, Henderson, is handling arrangements.

Bernice Friedman, 82, died Nov. 3 in Las Vegas. She was born April 17, 1921.

Michael Gaudio, 80, died Monday in Las Vegas. He was born March 12, 1923.
He is survived by one sister, Paula Carrera.

James E. Gormley
James E. Gormley, 75, of North Las Vegas died Monday in a local hospital. He was born May 21, 1928, in Medicine Lake, Mont. A resident for 50 years, he was a retired carpenter, Korean War Army veteran, and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Carpenters Union.
He is survived by one son, John Gormley of Alamo; two sisters, Betty Sorenson of Lake Oswego, Ore., and Rose Galyean of Opelousas, La.; two brothers, Ted Gormley of Seattle and Kenneth Gormley of Georgetown, Texas; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Pichet Kanchanakset
Pichet Kanchanakset, 68, of Las Vegas died Thursday in a local hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1935, in Thailand. A resident for 13 years, he was a retired seamster.
He is survived by one son, Tom Kanchanakset of Las Vegas; one brother; one sister, and two grandchildren.

Albert Klestinec Sr.
Albert Klestinec Sr., 82, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local care center. He was born June 15, 1921, in Buffalo, N.Y. A resident for 12 years, he was a retired truck driver, World War II Army veteran, and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Edith; three sons, Albert Klestinec Jr. of Baltimore and Frederick Klestinec and Edward Klestinec, both of Las Vegas; two daughters, Susan Hill of Kellogg, Idaho, and Renie Rizzo of Las Vegas; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was scheduled at 3:30 p.m. today in Palm Mortuary, 7400 W. Cheyenne Ave.

Betty Lee Kirk Lamping
Betty Lee Kirk Lamping, 66, of Las Vegas has died. She was born March 7, 1937, in McKees Rocks, Pa. A resident over 40 years, she was first employed by the Clark County School District and then at the Continuing Education Department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, she was a past president of the Junior Mesquite Club, volunteered for the Assistance League, Secret Witness Program, School Bell Program, St. Viator Building Committee, Frank Lamping Elementary School Reading Improvement Committee, and was assistant conference coordinator of the Western Regional Middle Level Consortium.
She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Frank Lamping; two sons, Kirk and Clark Lamping, both of Las Vegas; one sister, Janet Cannon of Pittsburgh; and one grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Guardian Angel Cathedral, 366 Cathedral Way. Call the Cathedral office at 735-5241 for directions.

Troy Louise Lloyd, 74, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. She was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Kansas. A resident for three years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, E. Neal Lloyd; one daughter, Lamoine A. Dugan of Apache Junction, Ariz.; one son, Gary N. Lloyd of Brighton, Colo.; two sisters, Jessie Anderson of Lancaster, Calif., and Betty Markus of Pueblo, Colo.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Burial was scheduled at noon today in Palm Valley View Mortuary. Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., handled arrangements.
Emil Malnar
Emil Malnar, 87, died Thursday in Las Vegas. Born March 26, 1916, in Michigan, he was a mill worker.
He is survived by his wife, Mary E.; one son, Billy G. Prince; three brothers, John Malnar and Mike Malnar, both of Las Vegas and Louis Malnar of California; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today in Davis Funeral Home, 2127 W. Charleston Blvd. Services will be at noon Tuesday in Davis Funeral Home, followed by burial in Paradise Memorial Gardens, 6200 S. Eastern Ave.
June A. Tiernan
June A. Tiernan, 78, of Las Vegas died Wednesday in a local care center. She was born June 13, 1925, in San Francisco. A resident for several years, she was a retired manager of Tiernan Drayage.
She is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Masrlene A. Valdez, 67, of Las Vegas died Friday in a local hospice. She was born Dec. 28, 1935, in Los Angeles. A resident for nine years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by four sons, John Cannon of Porterville, Calif., and Rodney Scalla, Robert Valdez and Randy Valdez, all of Las Vegas; one daughter, Gidget Renea Valdez of Las Vegas; one sister, Christine Egerer of Oceanside, Calif.; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. to noon services Tuesday in Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Marilyne Wilson, 54, of Las Vegas died Thursday in Las Vegas. She was born June 11, 1949, in Washington. A resident for 10 years, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Kim; two daughters, Shirley Copely of Long Beach, Calif., and Linda Dyrer; one son, Rick Levy of San Francisco; three stepdaughters, Kaycee Bredsguard and and Kenzie Dickinson, both of Henderson and Jessica Tait of Richfield, Utah; one stepson, Dillon Wilson of Richfield; two sisters, Shirley Davis of Pauls Valley, Okla.; and Linda Hernandez of Long Beach; and six grandchildren.
