StumbleLetter: Casinos are wasting water

How can anyone maintain a yard watering one day a week for 12 minutes? I would imagine the next thing they will come up with is that you cannot wash your hands after going to the bathroom.
Yet all these casinos can waste all the water they want. That's what money does for you, I guess.
