Make-A-Wish group names new officers

Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Nevada recently named officers for 2004.
David L. Cacci was re-elected president of the Southern Nevada chapter. His responsibilities will include supervision of all operations and personnel and will be an ex-officio member of all communities.
Other officers elected for 2004 are Larry Kifer as vice president, Coreen Sawdon, treasurer, and Linda Richardson, secretary.
Several new members were added to the board of directors, including Fern Adair Criddle, Elizabeth Blau, Cindy Dreibelbis, Christophe Ithurritze and Elizabeth Quillin.
The new board members will join current board members Dan Bradley, Gary Goett, Larry Katz, Norman Kirshman, Tom Masterson and Kendall Tenney.
Advisory Board members are Chairman Francis Beland, Dr. Keith Boman, Louis Castle, Yvette Harris, Brig. Gen. Roger A. Jones, Jeb Koury, Marla Letizia, Kathleen Newton, Dr. Ralph Nietzeba, Susan Molasky, Joe Planck, Jim Rogers, Barbara Stout, Carolynn Towbin, Helene Walker and Judith Gordon-Zaslowsky.
The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of those with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
The Southern Nevada chapter was successful in fulfilling 86 wishes in fiscal 2003. Cacci said the foundation aims to grant 105 wishes in fiscal 2004.
