Walter DeMattos, Nevada Department of Wildlife Creel Census Clerk, said that because of the windy conditions, fishing pressure continued to be low in the upper basin.
He also stated that weather conditions are causing the water temperatures to drop and that should improve the fishing.
A few striped bass were creeled in the Overton Beach area. The fish were small and they ranged 1-2 pounds. Top-water lures and threadfin shad were landing the fish.
