July 5, 2001 -- Lance Malone tells Michael Galardi that he had told Erin Kenny she needed to be "a little more heavy handed with these people (in the Clark County Building Department)."
Galardi responds: "You've gotta tell her, somehow, that I'll, I'll tell ya, I'll give her five, somehow, over the phone, I don't know how you can do it."
July 9, 2001 -- Kenny leaves a voice mail for Malone stating that building inspectors had worked the weekend on Jaguars and asking Malone to, "Please let Mike know I have pushed this so hard to have these guys working on the weekend..."
July 13, 2001 -- During a conversation between Malone and Galardi, in which they discuss the red tag placed on Jaguars by the building department, Galardi said, "Did you tell (Kenny) there'll be a bonus if it's lifted today?"
Malone responds: "And I told her you'd like to contribute to her campaign."
July 31, 2001 -- During a conversation between Malone and Galardi, in which they discussed preventing the acting director of the building department from becoming director in retaliation for the red flag, Galardi said, "Erin and Mary will definitely go our way; they just need to get Dario (Herrera) somehow. If we sweeten the pot a little for Mister Dario that will change."
Sept 14, 2001 -- Malone tells Mary Kincaid-Chauncey that he and Galardi want to meet her for lunch, but they should do so after a hearing.
Malone says: "(s)o that no one, you know, can say, oh, why were you guys together before the meeting."
Kincaid-Chauncey responds: "Yeah, do it afterwards, yeah."
Sept. 14, 2001 -- During a conversation between Malone and Herrera, Herrera says he and his wife are separating, saying, "So I might need a little bit of help getting, you know, getting a place and stuff, so, I'll let you know."
Sept. 24, 2001 -- During a conversation between Malone and Kenny about the vote on Jaguars liquor license Malone says, "Dario's on board, and Mary's on board. But, you know Mike, he just wants you to do the speaking."
Oct. 25, 2001 -- Malone calls a manager at Cheetahs and tells him to give Kincaid-Chauncey's son and his friends "two rounds of buckets of beer, and for (Kincaid-Chauncey's son) only, you know, give 'em, you know, a hundred dollars, uh, in lap dances."
Jan. 8, 2002 -- Malone tells Galardi that Kenny wants to meet, and Galardi tells Malone to meet with her.
Galardi: "see what she needs... and tell her what the (expletive), you know, we want this moratorium and we want this touching law to go the (expletive) away."
Jan. 18, 2002 -- Galardi tells Malone that health inspectors need to issue a temporary certificate of occupancy. Galardi tells Malone to tell Kenny "to tell (the inspectors) to come in and not (expletive) us around, just approve it."
Feb. 12, 2002 -- Herrera asks Malone how much money Galardi would give toward his campaign.
Herrera: "The other thing I talked to him was, if he can do ten for me from the personal contributions from like (a Galardi employee), him, his wife, you know, a couple of employees, that's perfect. And then ten from the corporation. So a total of twenty. That's, that's, that's huge."
Aug. 8, 2002 -- Malone and Galardi discuss the "no-touch" ordinance.
Malone: "You've had Dario from the very beginning. ... We've developed that relationship a long, dude, how many times have we played golf with him, and, you know, when we hired him on. I mean, dude, that's your, that's your person. Erin's your person. ... Mary's your person."
Sept. 3, 2002 -- Malone and Galardi discuss the votes needed to get Jaguars annexed into the city of Las Vegas.
Malone: "I've got Dario and Erin both wanting help."
Galardi: "Well, we'll give, definitely, give Dario ten."
Sept. 30, 2002 -- Kenny tells Malone about her need for campaign money.
Malone said Galardi had given "everybody so much money, and yet, when (he) need(s) something, (he) can't get it on."
Kenny: "That's not true. You know what, that's (expletive). You know I have come through for him on Jaguars and every other ... thing."
Oct. 28, 2002 -- Malone and Kenny have a conversation.
Kenny: "Tell me what I've got to do, but I've gotta have money from him. ... I'm begging now. ... I'm on my knees begging."
