Silverton brings classics to Las Vegas

Wednesday marks "Movie Madness" at the Silverton.
Every Wednesday at 2 p.m. the hotel-casino will showcase a different film.
The movies, consisting of older classics to popular recent attractions, will be shown in the Silverton Showroom.
The series kicks off with "On Golden Pond," on Wednesday. Other films scheduled this month include the original "Cocoon" (Nov. 12), "Forrest Gump" (Nov. 19) and "Casablanca" (Nov. 25).
The showings are free to all regular casino players and preferred Silverton customers.
