Because of an error by the Sun, a story in Friday's editions incorrectly cited a recent court ruling as the basis for the ability to collect all signatures for a referendum in one county. The Nevada Constitution and other state laws have long permitted all the signatures for referendum to be gathered in one county.The Sun regrets the error.
