Fishing continues to be fair in the Boulder Basin at Lake Mead with boaters finding striped bass from Gypsum Wash and Blackbird Point to the 33 Hole.
Shore fishing has been somewhat slow with only a few stripers being caught at Hemenway Harbor.
Anglers trying their luck for channel catfish have had fair success at Las Vegas Wash.
Nevada Division of Wildlife (NDOW) creel census clerks said that very few fish were seen over the weekend in the Overton Arm, despite the large number of boaters on the water.
About the only reported success from that part of the lake has been around St. Thomas, where boaters are catching stripers less than 14 inches in length.
