Legislation to allow horse racing tracks to install video lottery games is before the Michigan Senate. The seven major horse racing tracks in Michigan are:
-Great Lakes Downs in Fruitport, thoroughbred racing.
-Northville Downs in Northville, standardbred racing.
-Sports Creek Raceway in Swartz Creek, standardbred racing.
-Hazel Park Harness Raceway in Hazel Park, standardbred racing.
-Jackson Harness Raceway in Jackson, standardbred racing.
-Saginaw Harness Raceway in Saginaw, standardbred racing.
-Mount Pleasant Meadows in Mount Pleasant, mixed racing.
