Friday, May 23, 2003 | 10:30 a.m.
UNLV freshman Sunny Oh shot 4-over-par 76 on Thursday in the third round of the NCAA Women's Golf Championship at Birck Boilermaker (Ind.) Golf Complex. She fell four places in the standings and is in a 10-way tie for 25th place.
After three rounds, Oh is 14-over after carding rounds of 78 and 76 earlier in the week.
The third round was the first to see under-par scores as eight golfers broke par. Oh is 10 shots behind co-leaders Mikaela Parmlid of USC (77-73-70--220; four-over) and Andrea Vander Lende of Florida (77-74-69--220), who shot two-under and three-under on the day, respectively.
USC (305-303-293--901; 37-over) held onto the team lead and is seven shots ahead of Pepperdine (315-298-295--908) heading into today's final round.
