Bush fighting for oil, money and dad’s honor
Friday, May 23, 2003 | 6:06 a.m.
I agree so much with Mary Mills' May 18 letter. Being 81 years old, I have seen a lot of elections and the last one was by far the most corrupt one in history.
It is so like Republicans to blame everything they can on the Democrats. As for President Bush attacking Iraq, the only thing he had in mind was that Saddam almost "killed his Daddy" during the Gulf War. Bush was going to get Saddam and bin Laden no matter where or how, and they both are still going strong.
If he really wanted to do something, he should have gone after Saudi Arabia. They were the ones who trained the pilots who destroyed the World Trade Center and damaged our Pentagon on 9-11. But Bush didn't want to lose all of his oil business.
It's all about oil and money and Bush has done absolutely nothing to improve life in our beautiful America.
