Guinn signs Red Rock, crime analysis bills

CARSON CITY -- Gov. Kenny Guinn signed 21 bills into law Monday, including Senate Bill 358 that limits future development adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, and Assembly Bill 246 that establishes a center for analysis of crime statistics at UNLV.
