The state Financial Institutions Division has ordered a hearing on previously reported allegations against Vestin Mortgage Co. related to the company's dealings with real estate developer Howard Bulloch.
The June 16 hearing will review three possible violations found in an investigation ordered by District Court Judge Sally Loehrer in December.
