Owl day

The Super Summer Theatre celebrates its 28th year of family entertainment with its annual "Woodsy Owl Day" from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Spring Mountain Ranch State Park. The event is free. 594-7529.

Benefit

A free pancake breakfast and some music will be featured at "A Brunch of Blues, an EggsBenefit for Mental Health," from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Mojave Adult, Child and Family Services, 4000 E. Sculptors meet

Free lecture

'Asian CineFest'

Duck derby

The fourth annual Duck Derby, a fund-raiser for Positively Kids, will be from noon to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Monte Carlo Hotel. Ducks can be "adopted" for $5 or $25 for a "Quack Pack" at Bank of Commerce, Saturn of Henderson, Lake Mead Hospital, Desert Radiologists, KVBC Channel 3, KQOL 93.1 FM studios and at the "duck central" the day of the event. 262-0037.

The Clark County Cultural Division is now accepting samples of work for the fifth annual E. Pluribus Artis invitational exhibit June 23 to Aug. 9 in the Clark County Government Center rotunda. Arts competition

Artists 50 and older may submit two- or three-dimensional artwork for the third annual fine arts competition, "Celebrating Life!" Entries are due today.
