StumbleCapitol Police chief named

Brad Valladon, who has been acting chief of the 25-officer Capitol Police in Carson City since November 2001, has been named to the job permanently.
Valladon has been with the police agency since 1988. Before that he worked at the Humboldt County Sheriff's Department and the Winnemucca Police Department.
The organization provides security for state buildings in Las Vegas and Carson City.
